Reheating Instructions

The reheating instructions provided here are recommendations to help you enjoy your meal at its best quality. Results may vary depending on your equipment, portion size, and personal preferences. For food safety, always ensure your dish reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before consuming.
For the week of 5/6-5/9
Beef Stew with Mashed Potatoes

THIS CONTAINER IS NOT OVEN SAFE
1. For Beef Stew: Reheat in microwave for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway through. Or reheat on stovetop in small pot with abit of water or stock on medium low heat for 5-7 minutes
2. For Mashed Potatoes: Reheat in microwave for 1-2 minutes with a damp paper towel on top, stirring halfway through. Or reheat on stovetop with a bit of milk in a small pot on medium low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.

Salmon Cakes with Arugula Salad

THIS CONTAINER IS NOT OVEN SAFE
1.For Salmon Cakes: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Heat large skillet on medium heat with a bit of oil. Place Salmon Cakes in pan and heat for 1-2 minutes each side and then transfer pan to oven and heat for 5-8 minutes. Microwave is not recommended as it turns the salmon cakes soggy but in a pinch you can heat for 1-2 minutes in microwave with damp paper towel on top
2. For Arugula Salad: The vinaigrette has Extra Virgin Olive Oil in it so it needs to come to room temp for about 10-15 minutes to liquify. After that simply toss salad with vinaigrette and enjoy.​

BBQ Plate​
1.For Ribs: Preheat the oven to 300°F. Wrap ribs in foil and cook for 15-20 minutes or until warmed through. Microwave is not recommended as it turns the ribs soggy but in a pinch you can heat for 2-3 minutes in microwave with damp paper towel on top
2. For Cauliflower: Preheat the oven to 300°F. Lay cauliflower on sheetpan lined with parchment and roast for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through.
3.For Mac n' Cheese and Collard Greens: Place in separate bowls or plates and microwave for 2-3 minutes each or until warmed through.

Beef Bolognese with Spaghetti

1. Place spaghetti on plate and bolognese on top. Reheat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until warmed through. Will probably need 1 more minute, but once hot, garnish with parmesan and enjoy!​

Quiche
​​
1. Remove quiche from container and Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cover loosely with foil and bake for about 20 minutes until warmed through.

Focaccia
​
1. Reheat the Focaccia in microwave (30 seconds) or a 425F oven (2-4 minutes) until warmed through. Enjoy by itself or as a sandwich!
Kale Caesar​​
1. Place greens in large bowl or keep in box. Pour caesar over kale and massage kale with dressing. Then mix in other toppings and enjoy!
